The property also has a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet Breville coffee machine and grinder (coffee beans provided), Smeg appliances, family size fridge/ freezer with water dispenser, gas cooktop, dishwasher and basic pantry items.

Flowing off the kitchen area is the powder room with toilet and vanity and internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer – washing liquid provided. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
