Private 6 bedrooms and 4 baths with 2 private kitchens, 2 washer & dryers, and 2 private entrances on a large lot (¾ of an acre).
LOCATION: Walking distance to Burning Tree Elementary, Pyle Middle School, Walt Whitman High, Holton/Landon Prep schools, and Downtown Bethesda. There is great shopping close by: Whole Foods/Wellness/yoga studios as well as excellent restaurant options. You can walk, drive, or are minutes to a Ride On bus and the metro station which make for easy commuting into Washington, DC.
FEATURES: Gorgeous new flooring throughout the homes. The kitchen includes center-cut imported quartz countertops with built-in stainless steel appliances. All energy-efficient LED lights! It's gorgeous.

~The lower level includes a grand open great room and a home office storage with a walk-in closet and great natural light

$9500 per month for 1-2 families (6 bedrooms). The house can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished.
