Designed with holidays in mind, the property invites guests to relax by the newly installed wet edge pool overlooking the unparalleled views of the beach below. With living areas on both the entry level and pool level, there is space for the adults in the family to enjoy some relaxation while the younger members of the group entertain themselves on the lower level.
The entry level offers 3 bedrooms, two with ensuites, along with open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for guest use and enjoys an open and airy setting to breeze into the dining area and beyond to a spacious balcony with built in BBQ so you can cook or BBQ while enjoying the spectacular view of the beach and ocean beyond.
The lower pool level offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the newly renovated master with generous ensuite and direct access to the pool entertaining deck. A spacious TV lounge and covered loggia with built in BBQ are the perfect place to relax when you want to escape the sun or curl up and read a book.
The upper level, also providing internal access from the double garage, houses the 4th bedroom with triple bunk bed and separate bathroom. Offering all the amenities you could ask for in a waterfront beachside escape, including direct beach access, spectacular views, large entertaining decks, wet edge pool, inclinator to beach and this property is also within an easy stroll of Whale Beach Deli, and just moments by car to Avalon village and its vibrant mix of boutiques, fine eateries and shops.
