This stunning property is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the M5-M4 motorways, making it easily accessible from vibrant cities like Bristol, Cardiff, and Bath. With accommodation for up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms, including 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a cloakroom, your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Nestled amidst a vast garden, this property offers the perfect setting for soaking in these mesmerizing vistas. With ample outdoor seating, it's an ideal spot for hosting summer BBQs, allowing you to savour delicious meals while basking in the beauty of the surroundings. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we kindly request that you bring your own charcoal and lighters and be considerate enough to clean up after your BBQ.
Relax in the Outdoor Hot Tub:
Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our private hot tub located on the patio. Rest assured, we take care of all the essentials – it's cleaned, filled, heated, and treated to perfection, ready for your enjoyment. To ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our hygiene guidelines.
In the event of departing guests on the day of your arrival, please understand that the hot tub may require maintenance and preparation, which could delay its availability until the morning after your arrival.
For your convenience, we ask that you bring your own towels specifically for use in the hot tub. This helps us maintain high cleanliness standards.
We also value sustainability and are conscious of our energy consumption. If you do not anticipate using the hot tub during your stay, kindly inform us. This consideration allows us to minimize water and energy usage, contributing to a more environmentally responsible stay.
Pet-Friendly Getaway:
We understand that your four-legged family members are important too, and they are more than welcome to join you during your stay. A nominal fee of £25 per dog applies. To ensure a harmonious stay, we kindly request that pets refrain from entering bedrooms and staying off furniture. Additionally, please keep them on a lead when outside, especially around our cherished chickens.

With seven inviting bedrooms and ample space for everyone, including four bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) and a convenient cloakroom, Dorlands House ensures that you and your guests enjoy a restful and enjoyable stay.
Stair Access to Bedrooms:
Please note that all bedrooms are accessible via stairs, ensuring a sense of privacy and space for every guest. We look forward to hosting you and your loved ones in this exceptional retreat, where panoramic views and comfortable accommodations await your arrival.
During your stay, the entire house is exclusively yours to enjoy. Adjacent to this property, there is an additional rental option available, which can be booked either in conjunction with this house or as a separate unit. The vast expanse of land surrounding these accommodations ensures a secluded and private experience, allowing you to relish the tranquillity of your surroundings.
While you'll share the driveway and parking area with any other guests, the generous space available can comfortably accommodate approximately seven vehicles. To make the most of your parking experience, we kindly request that you refer to the detailed parking guidelines provided in the guest information book for your convenience.
