It was a lovely stay ...and it's a safe apartment. Just need a new cleaning company

The apartment has modern features and the necessary items. Coffee machine..kettle...toaster...fridge...plates cups..etc. very beautiful bedrooms and clean white linen. Clean bathrooms and availability of towels and toilet paper. Clean estate apartment...clubhouse with a restaurant and swimming pool.

1. Late checking time and inflexibility 15h00 is way too late. Given that JhB flights and traffic one has to arrive early and be able to put away luggage. This is not a hotel don't see why we couldn't be accommodated for an earlier check in time....we landed around 12h00 and 13h00 we had to idle at the mall. We were told apartment is being cleaned. Well it's was not deep cleaned after all. Carpets and glass door were visibly dirty. We were six guests ....but the sugar...tea ...coffee sachets were less the number. Pots were available but no lids for them. No blankets..

Enjoyment

I loved the location, literally close to everything, security measures were great made me feel safe, the actual apartment was spacious and everything was literally just there.. No complications at all.

There is a construction on sight and that information wasn't disclosed upon booking.. The workers had silly comments on us as ladies walking past going to the pool which was just ridiculous.. The pool wasn't so clean and the apartment needs a big mirror either inside the wardrobe or wall somewhere in the bedroom

Good property but poor management.

Home away from home, and the location was good.

The management informed us on WhatsApp about items provided in the apartment. There is no control or inventory list to verify the items provided for the duration of the stay. As a result, we were accused of taking the beach towels, which were never places in the apartment because we did not see or find them. However, the staff said we took the towels. Despite our explanation, the property management has refused to refund us or even inform us of the outcome of their investigation. At this stage, it is the staff’s words against ours. The management did not even contact us, so I had to ask about the refundable deposit. An unfair treatment from the management.

Almost had a relaxing week🥺

Rooms were spacious, nice open plan kitchen dinning and lounge area, small garden for kids to get fresh air, safe kids play area and pool.

No cleaning facility provided and was not even informed until I queried it, no curtain or blind in a dinning area, beds and towels were not changed since we got there and we stayed from Monday to Friday yet there was a locked wardrobe with linen🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. We go out to relax not to resume with house chores somewhere else good people🙏🙏

A home away from home Tranquility at it's best

Everything about the place.. very clean and newly furnished.amneties are well kept and easily accessible.the fully furnished kitchen makes you feel at home ...my friends have already booked to stay in this place as i told to them how wonderful it was.

Curtains could do with a lining or lace curtain. I think there was a construction or renovations being done . in the morning it could be a bit noisy (nothing that the host could have control over? Also the freezer part of the fridge needs defrosting.

Ballito village serviced apartments no 270.

Kitchen and lounge was good size as well as bedroom.

Not enough hot water to shower 4 people.at night curtains were see through.could see lights from other buildings. Entry was difficult at gate. Too many stairs to climb 4 floors. Main bedroom shower too small. No dstv .

Climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage to the apartment, not told the apartment was on the top floor and not asked if we had any disability. View from one side was the building under construction, and the other side was a sports field under construction. No patio furniture. Curtains were see through, we had to block with towels to block the sun in the morning. There is a pond with super noisy frogs, we had to use earplugs to enable us to sleep. No linen change supplied and no cleaning services for our 9 days stay. There was no refill of amenities like toilet paper. The worst was the uncomfortable beds that were like wood benches and pillows, which were also hard and uncomfortable. There was no side bed table for the main bedroom. We had to use the dining chair as a side bed table

Short family stay

The apartment was perfect. Everything provided for. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, smart TV, the works. Close to all amenities...the mall and the beach. Security was also good.

I didn't like the fact that we paid R1000 extra for cleaning but the apartment was not cleaned on the daily...one had to do the cleaning themselves, towels not changed, bed not done toilet paper not refilled. The curtains were very light so when the sun rises you also wake up because the sun is shining in the main bedroom. We stayed for 3 nights.

Our stay was exceptional. I'd go back and book for a week or two.

Everything. The kids enjoyed the uncapped wifi and Netflix. The backyard was really peaceful. The apartments are safe, sitting outside till late was no biggie.
