A large, fully appointed kitchen is immediately adjacent to open living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings with a large screen TV. Relax on the screened in porch/lanai directly off the living area that overlooks the lush backyard. The lanai also has a large screen TV. A completely rehabbed game room is on the lower level with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, magnetic darts, flat screen TV – plenty of room for all! Or step outside and enjoy outdoor games like giant Connect 4, corn hole, ladder toss and bocce and the BBQ grill. Within 3 minutes to the beach down the private lane, you’ll enjoy two beach carts with 8 beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler, boogie boards and sand toys for the kiddos.
