This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was at a traffic light with a short walk to the beach. We had two 2 year old's and a 7 month old. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Decks had great views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just be prepared to hear traffic. It is on the main road. Trade off was that it is close to restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf.

The house was clean and no extra stuff around only what we needed. It was great to be coke to the beach and the view from the top deck were awesome

Living room furniture broken, carpets a little dirty in spots, light out at top of stairs, poot WiFi. My major complaint was the street noises in particular speeding cars during late night, hard to sleep. Wouldn’t stay again mainly due to street noise

The house is great. Large and roomy for a family. Easy walk to the beach. The owner was very attentive when we needed help over some minor issues with the house. The only problem is that it is on a busy street. When sitting outside on the side deck, where we often ate our meals, you contend with traffic. But otherwise it's a lovely place.

The house was nicer than the pictures. Overall great experience. Owner answers all questions in a timely manner. Location was close to beach, bars and restaurants.

Overall, the house was very nice and convenient. Small details, related to the damaging Sandy, were tolerable. Annoying constant noisy cars stopping and starting at the traffic lights were unnerving. However, they were something else that could not be helped. At least we could cross the street safely. The grandparents loved the private third floor suite.
