The main house has space for 10 people, and 3 newly renovated studios in the pool area for 6 more people. Many corners to be alone reading in the shade: area with 16 hammocks with umbrellas, barbecue area, terraces equipped with chill-out areas, hammock beds and much more. 8 bedrooms and 8 en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, some have a balcony. Large kitchen with cooking island and dining table, living room with enough space for everyone with free WiFi throughout the house. Children have board games and pool toys. We provide you with a cot and high chair upon request. Up to 4 cars can be parked on the premises. There is free firewood available for the barbecue. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed on request.

Notes:

- The owner presents guests with an ensaimada (Mallorca's most typical sweet), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).

The property has an alarm-protected room for storing bicycles, on request.

- The information of all guests (name, surname, sex, date of birth, passport number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the day of check-in through our platform - Please note: Due to continuous improvements, some elements may vary from the photos. However, we assure you that we take care of every detail to ensure your maximum comfort during your stay.

- The household linen must be used responsibly. In case of loss or leaving a piece in bad condition, the amount of 20Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each piece affected.

- On your departure you must leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean crockery. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires extra cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- On departure it is forbidden to leave rubbish inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
