The whole house has been professionally designed and outfitted with contemporary furniture and finishings. Relax in the open, spacious living room on the large, comfy sectional sofa and watch movies or your favorite game on the 86” mounted flat-screen television. Cook your favorite meals in the well-stocked kitchen with high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy meals with your friends and family at the large 12-person dining table just a few steps away from the kitchen. Additional seating for 5 is available at the kitchen counter and for 16 at the patio tables by the pool.

Bask in the natural light provided by the many large windows and the glass panel sliding door that leads from the living room to the covered patio and screened-in pool. This house has awesome themed rooms. It felt larger than the pictures showed it to be. We loved having our own pool with hot tub. It even had a grill that wasn't listed in the amentities so that was a plus. It held 21 of us without feeling cramped at all.

We were a group of 4 families with children aged 1 - 17. Our visit was the week after Thanksgiving. I rent houses a few times a year here in the US and abroad. This is a house I'd rent again. What we loved: The downstairs 3rd bedroom doubles as a movie room with a fridge. Our teens loved having their own space. The younger kids LOVED the pirate ship room with the built in slide. I appreciated that the stairs were carpeted for the littles as they went up and down the stairs. The location is a little bit of a walk to the water park but very easy and the neighbor felt very safe. I found the rental agency very responsive to our questions. Check in with a code. Trash picked up daily. The location for the parks was so much easier than places we stayed at south west of there. It felt like everything was just 20 minutes away without the huge traffic you find around Davenport/Championsgate. The pool was small, but that's the norm for these places and we loved that it was on the water so it felt much more private than some places. We might have lucked out, but noise was never an issue and parking was simple enough. There are spots for two cars (a little tight) in the driveway, but street parking was always easy to find. We had 4 cars. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Overall a wonderful stay.

Overall, we had a great time. A lot of thought was put into the rooms and the house was really cool. Bring goggles because the pool is very chlorinated. Trash service was daily so that was helpful when we had such a large group. The clubhouse pool/water park and basketball court was nice. If you are not looking to go to amusement parks, that is a great option to save money! Gates on property chose when they wanted to scan but they had a button to call that opened it right up. Clean and well maintained community.

We picked the property for the children and it was a real success. They loved the themed bedrooms! The house is so well equipped with plenty of space if you need a break! The location is very convenient to everything but when you are out at the pool, looking over the lake, it is so tranquil and relaxing. The management team were beyond good, any queries were answered immediately and every effort was made to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend the property and are thinking of returning next year!

We have had the pleasure of staying at several short term rentals within the area over the last few decades and NONE compare to this property. Aside from a short visit from a pesky pest, our stay was pretty much perfect. There was more than enough space to accommodate our family. The level of thoughtfulness that went into the decor was enough to entertain and satisfy the kids to the point that we stayed IN our entire visit and they still felt as if they were on vacation. The functional swing in movie room, ample games and the pirate ship were definitely a hit with the young ones!

This house was amazing! Our group stays several times a year at houses in Orlando and I can say without a doubt I have never stayed at a house that has been so professionally designed. Each themed room is done so well. The house is spacious and the drive in movie room is one of a kind! Pool was great as well! Owner checked in with us frequently and were so responsive. We will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
