DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:
Stylish flat located in a modern building within a closed residential estate with a children's playground at Postępowa Street in Wrocław. The building's location away from the centre, in the district of Muchobór Wielki guarantees respite from the city's hustle and bustle. Despite its location on the outskirts of the city, the flat is well connected to the central part of Wrocław. Only 1.3 km from the flat is located Wroclaw West railway station, which can be reached in 3 minutes from the stop Muchobor Wielki (350 m), from where in less than 10 minutes a train will take us to the Central Railway Station. The developed commercial and service infrastructure will fully satisfy all the daily needs of the guests. The nearest shopping mall, Wrocław Fashion Outlet, is located 1.5 km from the property - there guests can take advantage of the gastronomic zone and stock up on fashionable clothes at favourable prices. The flat is just 10 minutes by car from Wrocław Airport, while it takes 20 minutes to get to Wrocław Główny train station.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The beautifully furnished flat offers accommodation for 4 people on an area of 52 m² - perfect accommodation for a couple or a group of friends. The elegant and functional living space consists of a living room with a sofa bed, combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living area, as well as the living room, opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, equipped with garden furniture. The rooms are filled with natural daylight, which brings a positive atmosphere to the flat. The flat has a wonderful atmosphere with a touch of modern elegance. The flat is equipped with all the basics necessary for relaxation. Multimedia facilities include a Tv with SmartTV technology and access to a fast, free WiFi connection. A complimentary toiletries kit (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The place is pet-friendly.
