The house is actually 2 apartments. My downstairs neighbors were horrid. There 3 of them, but they were loud and their dogs were always barking and they let them out at 2am…OMG
I asked the owner about walking my dog in the area…the street was very busy with two way traffic…he misrepresented the location as being safe to walk…there are no sidewalks…OMG
The is no parking set up for upstairs apt.
The apartment was infested with carpenter ants. The owner said he had monthly extermination…well he didn’t…but he does now…OMG
The housekeeper did not know the meaning of clean. The quilts did not fit into the small washer/dryer so she sprayed them with OdorBan. I was waking up with a headache not realizing why…until I asked her…OMG
I purchased my own quilt and had it shipped.
The washer/dryer was dirty, and the lint trap was full.
I found pieces of a broken glass under the bed.
The oven needed to be cleaned.
I was staying for a month…OMG
I expected that there would be kitchen towels, pot holders, a clean bbq grill, grilling utensils, hand towels, the porch was covered in cobwebs, cleaning products.
The water is so heavily chlorinated you can smell it, so I bought bottled water to drink, for coffee, rinsing berries.
There are bears in the neighborhood. Who knew?
Water was shut off. Owner got an email in the AM. Did he let us know? Nope. OMG…
NO BOOK with instructions on kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, when it’s garbage day, recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing…OMG

House is very modern and has all of the things you need for a stay. Great location near biltmore village, downtown, breweries (Hillman, Burial and others just to name a few) and grocery shopping, walmart, etc.
For a longer term stay you may want to bring things like tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, tupperware and other kitchen things.
If you are in the upper unit and someone is in the lower unit you can figure out parking together as long as your vehicle isn't a large truck. If it is a large truck you may have to part along the street (part on and part off). If so fold in your mirrors.
Street is pretty busy which doesn't create a lot of noise but does make walking along and across the street something you need to be careful about.
All in all I would recommend for a 3 bedroom location close to the fun things to do.
