Townie 1 - The Ivy sleeps 4. Has 1 king bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom has both a tub and separate shower.
Townie 2 - The Sage sleeps 6. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the primary has a shower/tub combo.
Townie 3 - The Moss sleeps 6. There is one queen bedroom and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with 2 additional twin beds. Bathroom has a large shower, dual sinks and is shared by both bedrooms.
Townie 4 - The Fern is a 2-story that sleeps 6. There is a sleeper sofa and powder room on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a large bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Stepping outside, you'll find beautifully landscaped grounds offering private outdoor seating. Each unit includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, and golf cart parking space. The cottage resort of 4 separate homes shares a 20’ x 40’ inground pool, communal fire pit, and easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan—just a stone’s throw away. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, Townie Cottages Collection is your sanctuary for creating lasting memories.

Access to the beach is just a short trip away. The area is known for its mom-and-pop bakeries, destination design stores, woodsy gravel roads, and pristine Lake Michigan beach access. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.
The minimum age to rent the resort is 25.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
