Enjoy a slice of paradise when you choose this spacious and charming retreat as your next getaway. Situated less than a block from the ocean, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby, this home provides all of the comforts and conveniences of home for the entire group to enjoy.

Outdoors, you'll have the luxury of a private, shimmering pool, as well as a hot tub. When you're not enjoying a refreshing dip or soak, hop on the porch swing with a good bring and let your cares melt away.

The fun continues inside, where an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area creates seamless living and togetherness. There are ample comfortable furnishings and a TV for downtime, and plenty of dining space for family-style meals. Create these in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a long, center island great for prep space. Head upstairs to a sunlit game room with a pool table, foosball, and a checkerboard table. And, with a popcorn machine and kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher), snacks can be all throughout the day.

Come evening, toss the laundry into either of the washers/dryers - there is one on each floor - and settle into one of seven comfortable bedrooms for a great night's rest. Another eventful day awaits tomorrow!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
