Le calme, le parking pour la moto
Le parquet bruyant quand on déplace dans la chambre et de n’avoir aucune info en français ( brochure carte de menu) c’est quand même une des langues nationales.

Beautiful location
Too far to walk to town

The place is pristine and some staff is genuine friendly . Also, the place is quiet.
The room I got had a door that seemed to be connected to the next room, allowing me to listen to everything that happened there. The shower is too low, not comfortable to bath. And some staff members were not really friendly.

Unexpected, and has never been an issue. The window was spotless clean. Giving the impression of being part of the landscape.

Super kind staff, everyone was really helpful and friendly! Great location on top of the slopes, great restaurant, beautiful room with Mountain View and comptable beds. We will surely be back!

Superb setting in the mountains
The funicular from town stops running at 5pm so makes getting there inconvenient

Room was satisfactory
Location, price, no shuttle service, 60CHF round trip for taxi from train station or town.

Amazing staff. Always ready to help Beautiful breakfast and dinner
Unfortunately the booking site don’t mention clearly that the altitude is 2000 m. This is a danger for people with heart or respiratory problems like my husband has a pacemaker. We were very anxious and couldn’t enjoy the stay longer next day

perfect in ski season being in the ski fields. Could
walk up top for views of St Moritz
Old hotel, bathroom you have to slide behind the
basin to sit on toilet, shower is in bath- old style.
15 min ride from town in taxi uphill. SF32, hotel
insisted on ordering return taxi - charged SF 38!
Staff were pleasant

breakfast was fair, no veggies i.e. tomatoes, peppers, radishes, etc. location offer beautiful views at aprox. 2000 m altitude.
location is remote and there is no transportation except taxies from train station. the taxi charged me 42 Swiss francs. hotel doesn't offer shuttle bus.
another means of transportation is a funicular located aprox. 15 min down the road. I found somehow at the hotel about it. they don't offer information about it before hand.
bathroom may need some upgrades and toilet bowl location it's very uncomfortable.

For hiking / cycling purposes very convenient location. Pleasant surprise was free cable car ticket!

Awful, horrendous. The hotel had a party, they had loud music and loud talking on the deck until after 2am. No respect for hotel guests. No air conditioning so the room was super stuffy and couldn’t open the window due to the party music and noise . The music was so loud you could hear it with the window open.
Awful and horrendous stay. The hotel had a party, music was played loudly and party attendees were very loud till after 2am. we got no sleep and it was so disrespectful to other hotel guests. If they had told us in advance we would have cancelled.
Also unless you have a car there is no point staying here. No transport and very expensive taxi ride from the station.

very good restaurant and friendly staff. Caroline at the front desk gave us tickets for the ski lifts and explained how to get there and where to park. we couldn’t ask for more!!

Very nice property on the slopes! It’s a bit difficult to get to without a car in the evening, but waking up and seeing cows and horses grazing in the morning is amazing! The views of St Moritz are incredible as well. With 2 funiculars close by, access to St Moritz is really quick and convenient (during the day).

The views are amazing and the breakfast is very good and complete!
The hotel looks quite old fashion. Would need a rennovation. Staff is ok, not the most friendly I've ever met. Beds are not very comfy, nor the pillows. Bathroom would need a renew as well, shower was very old and was not working propperly. It's hard to arrive unless you have a GPS. You cannot go walking to town, due to it's placed very uphill.

Location is bit far from city center considering the hills but the view from top is nice. Room was clean and staff was great.

Breakfast was great. I had a nice view over the mountains from my window.
Hard to access, unless by car or taxi. It's also quite expensive, for what I get.

This was an exceptional location for me. Exceptional vista, marvelous prix fixe menu in the evening with a delicious and substantial breakfast. The room was neat and the staff was very attentive. The manager was very gracious and unexpectedly brought me to the train station in the morning.
The trip to the hotel, which is at the top of a mountain, is not walkable with a heavy suitcase and the price of the taxi was St. Moritz prices.

The restaurant was good and the breakfast also good. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.
This hotel is very tired, with few renovations done for many years. The location was extremely difficult to get to and find, however serious skiers in the winter would probably be happy with this location.

A view to kill with cowbells in the distance for an true Swiss alpine experience and good breakfast.
Rushed personal and outdated rooms in need of updating.
