Interesting.
The property is well located and clean. People are helpful and friendly.
The ad read the room is air conditioned - there wasn’t an air conditioner in the room at all.

Two great days gliding.
Relatively cheap and cheerful. We two glider pilots were the only occupants. Simple cereal breakfast, Nescafé and toast. In the centre of Temora so a simple walk to many dining options.
The walk down the balcony to the toilet/shower. But that is what it is. We two were the only occupants for 2 nights. If some 20 were staying shower/toilet/breakfast could be crowded. We got one of few airconditioned rooms. We did NOT need to switch it on but I know it could be essential in a hot summer.

A part from the lack of information on amenities it was a good place to stay.
It was quirky, clean bedding and a good location for what we wanted
There wasn’t a map or any indication as to where the one toilet and showers were. We walked around until we found them. We only found one toilet down a hidden corridor, it was used by several people.
