The Haus is located at the very top of the Glenwood development in Bartlett, offering stunning views amongst the mountains. Seclusion, privacy, and the beauty of nature can be enjoyed as you have the entire residence and yard to yourselves! Gazing from the living room and over the front yard, you can see skiers and snowboarders enjoying Attitash mountain (a quick 10 minute drive from the Haus)!

We built a private access path that brings you right to the White Mountain National Forest trail system, and it's about a 45 minute hike to the peak of Mount Stanton from the Green Haus. A hiking trail right in the backyard!

The bottom of the development is right on 302, which runs alongside the Saco River! Popular drop-in location on West Side Road is only 7 minutes from the Haus. Great for spring kayak trips, and the infamous river floats in the summer!

Located about 15 minutes from the North Conway Village, the Haus is in close proximity to Echo Lake State Park, Cathedral Ledge, and Diana's baths.



Inside the Haus

A favorite with all of our friends and family, our "Green Room" has 3 glass sliding doors as well as two portrait windows that face the mountain tops and peer down into the valley. Many comfy couches and chairs, with a warm pellet stove make it an all-season room! Seating for up to 10 so the entire crew can watch the sun crest over the mountains enjoying coffee in the morning. Or spend time lounging reading a book until long after the sun has set. Direct access to the firepit through the Green Room as well!

The kitchen is nice and open with everything you will need to prepare a meal, and host and entertain as you do so! A breakfast bar faces into the National Forest and towards the backyard. Your guest may see some beautiful wildlife that tends to join us (foxes, rabbits, birds, and more)!

Attached to the kitchen is the dining room, which flows into the living room. Here we have a 65' TV and plenty of room for guests to sprawl out and enjoy the view, the game, or our small library that we have set up!

Also on this floor is 4th bedroom, which host a trundle bed with two incredibly comfy memory foam mattresses. This room also doubles as a designated workspace, with a large desk, office chair, as well as a printer for your professional (or personal) needs.

As you make your way through the living room, two bedrooms are located just up the two steps to the left.

One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, as well as a closet and a 65 inch TV mounted on the wall. There is also extra storage at the end of the bed. This room has its own completely renovated bathroom, equip with a shower.

The other bedroom is the king bed, which also hosts its own closet and 65' TV mounted on the wall. This newly renovated bathroom includes a bathtub featuring 8 jets so you can enjoy a nice soak after your adventures!

As you exit the bedrooms and head back down the steps, you can take the door on your left which will lead to the lower level!

Down here you can access the home gym, equip with weight bench, weights, and a yoga mat. You never have to skip a gym day at the Haus!

Down the hall from the gym is the double room. Furnishing two full beds, a closet, shelving for extra clothes or items, and its own newly renovated bathroom including a shower.

This is also where our second living room area, or as we like to call it the Den. A comfy sectional couch, some old school game systems, and a 75' TV with a sound bar, this room is sure to be a favorite. There is also a card table, board games, and a woodfire stove that is available for our guest to use. We do include an air mattress for the downstairs den.
