The staff nor good, imagine that I asked the waiter for food at 9:20 pm, when it was 9:50 pm the food did not arrive complete, he said it was missing, he went to the kitchen and came back saying, sorry the kitchen closed 5 minutes ago, we can't do anything else, now I ask: can a hotel like this leave the guest hungred !

Exceptional property and location. Service levels of concierge and at breakfast were surprisingly poor for an otherwise excellent hotel.

The staff and the hotel were great!

The hotel is new, 8 months old. The phone calls to reception are not answered. On average it took 30 minutes to contact front desk. (The phone were working properly). Rooms are not cleaned properly and not refreshed up in the afternoon. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Poor management was so obvious.

the room was dark and not fully cleaned when i arrived. when i inquired about the lighting they told me some of the room lights did not work. the lobby was cold and drab and there was no one to help with bags. the fixtures were also poor, the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall mid use. not good service and very poorly done.

A great hotel concept, very innovative and changing by day. The hotel is always alive.

Unique hotel in a great location. Really funky interior. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
I had a lovely room and think I was upgraded - a corner room which was huge. Great decor. However my room was too warm when trying to sleep - the radiators were full on overnight which is unnecessary. I stayed on Thursday and Friday nights - Thursday was really quiet but Friday a different story - loud music in the bar until the early hours which can be heard throughout the hotel - particularly as my room was so hot and had to have the windows open. Just be prepared for that if staying over a weekend. Great location right in the heart of the city.
Having said the above, overall a great hotel and it's a shame it's having to close in January.

This hotel must be close down immediately before it cause any harm to the public’s health and safety!! Does anyone know a formal procedure to actively push for a hotel to be close down permanently for lack of health and safety? They are opened until 2019 but we cannot let them get away with treating their guest in such appalling manner.
On arrival there was no one at the reception, and I waited 10 minutes before someone attended to me. Upon checking into the room I realised that it was extremely stuffy and lack of ventilation. I the asked about controlling the temperature in my room. Unfortunately I was told that there was no way I could control the temperature or airflow in the room. The only option was to sleep with the large windows open (the night temperature was before 8 degrees Celsius). Unsurprisingly I caught a cold. I went for shower and found some really disgusting looking bottles of shower gel and shampoo (see pictures). Half way through the shower, I realised that both the shower gel and shampoo bottles were completely empty. I had to wash my hair and body with hand wash!!! The condition of the toilet was appalling (see pictures) and it was clear that it has not been cleaned at all for a long time.

This is a good hotel for a short stay. Maybe not the most modern but the room was clean and the service pleasant. Nothing mindblowing but not bad either.

This is a 'pop-up' hotel about to disappear in a couple of month. Given the short life-span though the staff and the hotel managers are doing a great job.

Honestly, that was one of the most disappointing experiences staying at a 4/+ stars hotel in Europe...
I don't blame the hotel is opened for only 2016-2018, and they kind of renovated the old building to a "trendy" hotel, I appreciated the effort on the new bed and pillow..etc, but they charged around 200-250 euro per night, I didn't expect to walk in the room and see the empty body wash bottle, extremely low water pressure shower, and the heater is not functioned while the room temperature felt like 15C.
It's totally fine if I have to walk down to the front desk and ask them to replace a new bottle of body wash.. until the young blond pony tail female employee treated you like you just stole the body wash and only helped you to fill up 1/3 of the body wash....
The whole experience was just embarrassing..
The shower was just terrible. How could you not afford to find someone to fix that? When I ask if I could change to another room with a better water pressure, the staffs told me all the rooms are the same. This is a 1-star hostel shower man.
I feel very sorry for the people who put lots of effort to redesign the whole building and purchased all these fancy beds and pillow. I think the marketing team has done a great job, otherwise I would never walk in this hotel. But I just feel bad for them. The whole thing is just ruined after all.
Please make a huge improvement before you let another customers to walk in again. Please.

Place was lovely, complete with basic amenities. Location was central enough and close to the U. The building and setup was quite unique. There was an event during our stay and it added to our experience :) would love to stay again.
