Quiet room and courteous staff

I spent eight nights at Villa Vista and enjoyed every one of them. My room on the second floor was very quiet ... very little internal noise on the floor and no outside noise. The reception staff and breakfast waiters were very respectful, courteous and helpful. Wifi was very good. Convenient location with many shops and restaurants across the street.

The breakfast selection was limited and did not vary from day to day. It wasn't an issue for me however since I was very happy with their excellent cheese omelets and cappuccinos.

Best place in Islamabad

Everything was superb, from property to location to food to staff. From reception to restaurant to cleaning staff, everyone was happy and working, no one had a frown on their face. Very accommodating and welcoming, foreigners and celebrities were staying too.

If they make a pool and one activity lounge on property, it'd be best

Excellent!

We did stay at Villa Vista in October last year, and missed a few things then like breakfast buffet, roomservice, hairdryer and «please make up my room/do not disturb» signs. All these things was available at our stay this time, and the service is still on top! We love this hotel and will come again and again, when visiting Islamabad in the future.

Location is top notch, very accessible. Staff is extremely friendly. They greeted us with complimentary room decor Room service was very quick. Overall services, ambiance and cleanliness was very good.

Washroom vanity is not properly designed, water would get into the drawers.

A great place to stay in Islamabad

Cleanliness, staff, location, bed and overall smell

Windows could be more sound proof as there as been a lot of noise coming from the people talking from the adjacent street. And the closeness of the mosque and azaan will wake you up in the morning.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, pleasant stay

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and soft. There was hot water available. Car parking was available for my car. The staff were friendly and courteous, and check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. The rooms felt brand new and so the overall feeling was of comfort and ease.

The breakfast choices were very limited. Was disappointed although I loved the breakfast ambience. They didn't even have hot chocolate, which is usually a standard in hotels. The bedroom view was of a private house behind this property, so not an ideal view. (I was in room 304).

Great place to stay

I had an amazing experience at Villa Vista in Islamabad. The hospitality was exceptional, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who made my stay memorable. The hotel's location was perfect, and the front desk provided fast and responsive service. The presidential suite was a highlight, with its comfortable beds and immaculately clean washroom. The interior design was top-notch, making it one of the best boutique hotels in Islamabad that I've visited. I can't wait to stay at Villa Vista again in the future!

Coorperative staff+Rooms were clean

1-Lights Went off for around 20 minutes.Important meeting disturbed. 2-Breakfast was very expensive. 3-Complimentry Breakfast was finised at the time of arrival at Table.Everything were finished.

Cute place in prime location and would stay again.

Great location. Very clean room and friendly staff.

The rooms are not soundproof and can easily hear noise from hallway. They don't accept credit cards and expect Cash payment or bank transfer which is difficult if you don't have a Pakistani bank account.

One of the best places in Islamabad

Neat, clean newly built, just opposite to to the market so access was great, staff was cooperative, interior designing was good over all great place.

There was not much to dislike only they need some improvements as there were small defects which were pointed out to staff and hope they will rectify the issue easily.

Relaxing, comfortable and most definitely worth it!

Villa vista was a great experience. It was clean and comfortable which is what I needed the most since many places lack these things. I, also felt very safe and the staff was very cooperating. The environment was relaxing and luxurious. Goodluck to Villa Vista for the future!

During this stay, there was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was up to the mark and I felt like I was in an international hotel throughout my stay!

Exceptional ambiance, hospitality and food quality. Great value for money spent.

I really loved the elegant decor and the attention to detail in the hotel, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
