The main building has a total of 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with a double bed, 3 spacious bathrooms and two large terraces located on the first floor. The spacious open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped, minimalist kitchen, a charming dining area and a comfortable living room with abundance of natural light. Providing guests with the maximum dose of comfort, a fourth bedroom with a bathroom as well as a separate toilet are located on the ground floor.
In the superbly designed annex you will find an additional spacious bedroom with double bed, an additional single bed and bathroom, alongside a separate toilet. Furthermore, the annex features a spacious dining room with an indoor fireplace and its own kitchen. The basement area has a party-room with an exceptional entertainment offer that includes billiards, darts, table football and a PlayStation console. Wine lovers will enjoy the well-stocked wine bar also conveniently located in the basement. Eye-catching decorative elements and works of art fill the inside of the villa whose main features are muted colours and luscious fabrics completing the luxurious feel of the interior. Underfloor heating and automatic cooling are available in every room of Villa Quercus.
The fully fenced, 2000m2 large yard features a spacious, heated pool of 40 m2 with a waterfall, counter current swimming system and lighting. Sunbathing is a must on comfortable sun loungers by the pool as well as relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. Delicious meals can also be prepared in the beautiful summer kitchen with an indoor wood / charcoal fireplace and a massive dining table.
