As Atlanta’s 4th most populous neighborhood, about 9,000 residents call North Buckhead home. With a well-developed and lush, forested core, North Buckhead has focused on creating more walkable streets and mixed-use development and redevelopment of older areas. The completion of the I-85 to I-285 extension of Georgia 400 in the 1990s spurred a new wave of development. From “Walk to School” days to the Annual Holiday Christmas Tree sale, the Civic Association keeps neighbors socially active with creative ways to enjoy their beautiful neighborhood. North Buckhead’s seasonal Block Parties, or “flings,” are widely popular with the whole family with up to 600 neighbors and friends in attendance! Phipps Plaza boasts some of the most elite shopping destinations in Georgia. High fashion at it’s finest resides within these walls, as you can find any designer or brand to compliment your desires.
Parties and events are not allowed! Heavy strictness is forced! No loud noise outside after 9 pm (NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE) More than 6 guests are allowed; more than 6 guests are allowed with special permission.

Cleaners charge me a fee if I cancel and the guest extends days.
48 hours before check out: No Fee
24 hours before check out: $90
12 hours or less full price of cleaning fee.
-unauthorized parties or events will be charged for reservation and asked to leave the premises without a refund.
Additional Guests:
- 6 guests max unless additional are authorized for a visit.
Unauthorized guests will be charged extra per person or cancellation of the booking and will be asked to leave without any refunds.
Parking Spaces:
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed to be parked on the premises
Fireplace:
The fireplace gas requires an extra fee of 50 because some guests take advantage and run up the gas bill. We will need a request for the use of the fireplace in advance.
No Smoking policy:
Breaking the rules can result in a $1,000 or more extra fine. Only outside away from doors is permitted and disposed correctly.
Disclosure of camera Devices outside the Home:
- For your safety, the front door has a doorbell (Ring Device) that records audio and video for the outside of the house.
- It records when there is live motion outside the door, or when someone presses the Ring Button.
- There are no cameras inside the house.
-Outside in the ground pit can't be used to make fire only a metal fire table.

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:
Take I-85 N from Airport Blvd and Riverdale Rd.
Follow I-85 N to Lenox Rd NE in Atlanta. Take exit 88 from I-85 N.
Continue on Lenox Rd NE. Drive to Wieuca Rd NE.
From Downtown Atlanta:
Take I-75 N/I-85 N.
Take exit 87 for GA-400 N toward Buckhead/Cumming.
Take exit 2 for Lenox Rd toward GA-141 E.
Continue on Lenox Rd NE. Drive to Wieuca Rd NE.
By Public Transit
From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:
Take the MARTA Red Line from the airport station to the Buckhead Station.
From Buckhead Station, take a short taxi or rideshare to 4187 Wieuca Rd NE (approximately 5-10 minutes).
From Downtown Atlanta:
Take the MARTA Red Line from any downtown station (e.g., Peachtree Center, Civic Center) to the Buckhead Station.
From Buckhead Station, take a short taxi or rideshare to 4187 Wieuca Rd NE (approximately 5-10 minutes).
Trash up on Wednesday morning.
