About this house rental

Enjoy this adorable home located in the desirable Lower Chelsea District of AC. A 5 minute walk to the Beach and Boardwalk, and close to Restaurants, Bars and Casinos. This 5 bedroom home is set in a great coastal neighborhood, has a driveway for off street parking, provides wonderful amenities and will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Come visit the Chelsea Cabana for a shore getaway!

This house offers a great stay within a close proximity to the beach and the best of Atlantic City. Located in the desirable Lower Chelsea area, just a few blocks from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Beach! Close to Stockton University.

*The separate downstairs apartment is currently being renovated. Please be advised that you may see or hear workers on the property on weekdays during regular work hours.

FIRST FLOOR:
The main level has a living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, a tv (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) and a bedroom with a king sized bed and a full en suite bathroom. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you will need for meals, as well as a kitchen table.

SECOND FLOOR:
-4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
BEDROOM 1- 1 Queen Bed
BEDROOM 2- 2 Queen Beds
BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen Bed
BEDROOM 4- Single Bed with a rollout trundle

BACK DECK:
-Guests may enjoy the back deck, which has seating perfect to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
-There is a charcoal grill for guests to use.
-Please note that we do not supply charcoal or supplies for the grill.

AMENITIES:
The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire upper portion of the home, back deck and the driveway.
-The main entrance is through the front door at the top of the steps.
-There is a separate apartment in the lower portion of the home, which is private and tenant occupied.
-There are no shared spaces, adjoining areas or access between units.
-Please note that there are stairs to enter the home and stairs to the second floor.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-Guests may use the driveway at the side of the home that can fit 2 vehicles.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-You can on street park on the street where available.
-Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

At "Chelsea Cabana", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
