It had everything we could ever need. I wish I had booked one more night so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities the house offered. It was spacious and had great access to the lake. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. We especially loved the pickleball court and the fire pit and the kids loved the theater room and the games in the garage . The kitchen setup was very accommodating to feed a large crowd and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very nice and communicative. The house was clean. I liked the location of the house too because it was just a 5 min drive to garden city but close to some hiking trails in Logan canyon. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this house! There were 22 of us and we enjoyed plenty of space in all the rooms-the treehouse bedroom was a favorite. We especially appreciated having 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. Thanks for creating such a fun and comfortable vacation home!

We were there with our family of 11 adults and 11 children ranging from 3 to 15.
It really had everything that kept our family happy. We used the hot tub, the pickleball court, the garage was a hit with our kids as they played ping pong and b-ball shoot. The extra washer and dryer units were handy as we had towels from bear lake.
The kitchen was wonderful having 2 fridges with freezers and then an additional small deep freeze in the garage. The lawn made it fun for our family games. we never got around to using the fire pit. Our oldest grand kids loved the tree room bunk house. there were more beds than we used, so we just had a great stay.

I don’t have enough good to say about our stay here! The house is gorgeous with an incredible view of the lake. The house was clean and so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to feed us all. The grassy backyard, fire pit, and pickle ball court were highlights for us. It’s an amazing property that fit all of us with room to spare. We will definitely come back to this property!!

What a fun place to go. The water was too cold to play in the first few days but there were other activities to keep us entertained until we could go in the water

Rented this property for our trip to snowmobile in Logan Canyon. The house is on the hill with a great view overlooking Bear Lake, with awesome sunrises and sunsets. The driveway is a little tricky to pull into with a longbox truck and 35' trailer but its managable. We also had a shortbox with 24' trailer and another pickup. All fit in the driveway without issue. The house is a great size with ample room to spread out for a group of 9 with snow gear. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, and areas to dry gear in the garage. Great kitchen setup for big breakfasts and dinners as well as entertainment in the garage with ping pong, basketball, the hot tub outside, and theater room. Overall great experience and would stay here again.
