***You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay. The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance.

***Guests from both basement and main house are to respect quiet hours which starts at 10pm to 8am.

House was clean and very comfortable! Location was great and we enjoyed access to nearby parks. Loved having parking onsite as street parking was sometimes hard to come by. House was quiet even with construction going on nearby. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

the home was beautiful super modern and very clean. great location. we really enjoyed our stay and the host was great, she answered very quickly and was very kind and accommodating. 10/10 stay overall. we would definitely come back and stay here again.

We only have lovely things to say about this house. Spacious, well designed, and very organized. Found the house very clean, our hosts were very accommodating and also, it was stocked with pretty much everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. 5 Stars!
