I recently stayed at this property with five of my friends for a birthday trip to Mexico. This was my first time using Vrbo and will be the last. Unfortunately the property had issues from day one. First it was no hot water which was easily fixed, but more seriously and unfortunately there was a bed bug infestation so bad that on the second day of an intended 7 day, we had to leave. Out of the 6 of us, 4 of us got bitten, including one of my friends who is allergic and another who’s entire left side of her face and body were covered in bites. We found and took pictures of bugs on two of the three beds and unfortunately one of my friends had eggs in her suitcase so had to throw away that and all of her clothes. I contacted the property owner, who was based in Miami, with the photos of our bites, the bed bugs on the sheets, and eggs in the suitcase and ultimately was told that they have no evidence of there being a problem. What’s worse, is that I then spent over an hour on the phone with Vrbo seeking a refund. While they put us up in a hotel (finally) for the remainder of our stay but I’m still waiting more than two weeks later for an answer on the status of a refund and from my knowledge the property is still listed for booking. It’s unfortunate to write this review because aside from lackluster responses of the US based property manager and Vrbo the security and housekeeping staff at the property were all highly professional and helpful to us during our stay.

Great condo in a popular area of CDMX. The condo has been updated with modern appliances and decor. The building has 24/7 security and a doorman. The property managers are attentive and responsive. Great experience, would definitely return.

The good: - The immediate neighborhood is residential and active. The building is easily walkable to Roma Norte and Condesa. - The bedrooms are huge and each has their own bathroom and lots of privacy. - The host is very responsive by message, though. The less good: - The kitchen is fine but not too well-appointed. Don't expect to find all kinds of kitchen tools or things like aluminum foil or a wine key (or a dishwasher, for that matter). - There's a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it's a bit loud very early in the morning (wet were top floor). A lot of the details are not very sturdy, strangely positioned, or falling apart, even though they are brand new. There are no hooks or proper lighting in the bathroom, for instance. - It was delivered clean but there were ants.

We loved our stay! Great location and perfect accommodations for our family. We loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom as well as a comfortable common area.

Beautiful area, safe check in space, accommodating staff! Only things I would change: *added lights above mirrors in guest bathrooms- very tricky to do makeup in these ones. * full length mirror in each room * clear directions for trash collection *laundry options would be an amazing upsell for longer stays.
