About this house rental
Your stay at the Republic House in the heart of OTR is just steps away from all of the incredible restaurants, bars, & city life, right off of Vine Street. If you're looking for a cozy, sophisticated home with a modern flair in the most ideal location that downtown has to offer, look no further!
The Republic House has all of the luxury amenities offered, including two outdoor balconies for entertaining, large open concept rooming with plenty of space for friends & family, historical Cincinnati photography displayed throughout the entire home, a private office/work space, & a finished home theater. The light fixtures and furniture are all high end from Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware. The linens and sheets are Percale and from Crate & Barrel. No expense was skimped on, ensuring the most comfortable stay. Certified green energy efficient home - a ventilation fan runs constantly on the third floor & the roof has solar panels, creating a temperature controlled, air tight space, that is also environmentally friendly!
The entire house is private and accessible.
There are adult and kid friendly games in the center of the living room media console, under the TV on the main floor. For children and infants - we have a pack and play/changing table/bassinet and a swing available for use in the master bedroom closet!
HOUSE RULES
Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
PARKING: You can use ONE parking spot in the rear of the property. Code to get into the gated area is 8445#. You will need to enter the property through the front door of the house. For Additional parking - you can park at the Washington Park GARAGE or MERCER Garage - but are very close to the house.
NOTE _ Please send us a picture of your license plate so we can let our HOA know.

This is an amazing property! The decor is incredible and there is plenty of space. We used this as a home base for a work trip and each had our own floor. Amenities were nice and there was plenty of coffee. Communication was quick and easy with the host. Would stay here again!

Wonderful decorations.. great kitchen. Parking should be clearer.. because there was never a space open on the street.

Amazing property at a reasonable price, Never more than a 10 minute walk to restaurants, sport facilities like TQL stadium adding to the convenience and wonderful time had by my family. Highly recommending for parties of 6-9 people!
