As you enter the villa from your private parking area (space for 1 car, public parking is available in the direct neighbourhood), the first thing you'll see is the 3x7 meters in-ground swimming pool that will make you enjoy all aquatic pleasures and organise intimate pool parties and BBQ's with the Balinese sun shining right over your heads!

Enjoy the tropical Balinese weather in the open living space with the dining table situated right in front of the pool area. A 4K samsung smart TV with netflix and a bluetooth soundbar is included for your entertainment needs. The 75Mbit fibre optic internet connection is making sure you are connected to the outside world.

The bedrooms
Come to rest in one of the 3 fully furnished airconditioned bedrooms. You’ll wake up ready for another day of smiles and Balinese sunshine. The rooms are supplied with a super comfortable king size mattress, soft pool- and bathroom towels and furnished with a wardrobe, bedside tables and a dresser. The sleeper dark curtains will block any outside light and practical wall sockets on the bedside wall are available for all charging needs.

The bathrooms
Refresh yourself in one of the en-suite bright, clean and beautiful shower rooms with toilet outfitted with it's own water heater for hot and cold showers. Towels, handsoap and hairdryers are provided.

The kitchen
The kitchen with its spacious bar counter and bar chairs comes fully equipped with anything you might need. A perfect place to enjoy your cooking moments or to get creative making your own drinks. Provided with a fresh and hot water dispenser, kettle, blender, a big fridge, rice cooker, stove and cupboards packed with cutlery, glasses, cups and crockery you'll have your private and handy food court.

Housekeeping and Maintenance
Daily housekeeping is included to keep the villa as clean as the moment you walked in. Clean sheets and towels are provided on a regular basis. The pool is well maintained, so dive right in. The villa is kept in top condition by our skilled maintenance team.

Easily accessible by car from Jalan Kayu Aya (Oberoi), at only 100 meters from Ultimo and at walking distance to La Favela, Shishi, Champagne Bar, Kudeta, Petitenget Beach, Mexicola and most trendy places in Bali.
