The location and the host. There are lots of restaurants around the place. The host is super kind and helpful. Of course my I will rebook it again.

Clean.. quiet. Near Masaffah bus station.

Nothing is around.. nothing but a few restaurants.. a very very local neighborhood. Great place if stuck at airport for 1 night.. everything in abu dhabi is far away..

Would definitely recommend this place and shoutout to the host

I recently stayed at this hostel and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and comfort for the price. The hostel is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. The host is extremely easy going and constantly checks in to make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and welcoming place to stay.

The host made it very hard to dislike anything especially that he was very supportive

Good place... in an area where there's nothing to do or see

The host was really caring. It's a partionned room so better than a dormitory. Direct bus from and to the airport, but it takes one hour (really cheap bus though) Many super cheap and good restaurants in the area

It is better not to go, even if it is cheap

The price

Almost everything went wrong. I don't understand how it can have positive reviews from other tenants. Finding the place was difficult, more than an hour, because there is no sign on the door or in the building. On two occasions I spoke to the neighbors on the landing and they denied me that there was an apartment for rent. Everything was dirty. In the kitchen a person was sleeping on the floor when I arrived. Another person was talking loudly on the phone until 12 at night. I advise against going.

Budget/Support

Value, location, cleanes, staff and arrangements. It is cheap compared to other hostels. Just renovated, the room is small, but tidy. Water, tissues, and towel were provided. It is near to ATM machine and currency exchange. There are a lot of restaurants and Cafe in the area. The bus stop is only 100 to 150 meters away, and the main bus station (musafah) is about 300 meters, by which you can easily go to all the locations and other city in the UAE. Bus A10 is from Abu Dhabi Airport.

Everything was OK, as mentioned. Don't expect that you are going to stay in a 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. You will get how much you are paid.

A warm and helpful stay in a convenient location.

My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely return. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses to all my questions. The location was ideal as everything was easily accessible by car. What I liked most was the kindness and helpfulness of the people.

What could have been better? In addition to the door lock, perhaps clearer communication about room occupancy for other guests.
