Complete with additional upgrades throughout the house, this property will be a favorite! 1311 Ariola will supply 7 full size bedrooms, 3 cubby bedrooms, and 8.5 baths. This home accommodates even the largest group with over 5000sqft of living space and sleeping 32 comfortably.

The laundry room and 1/2 bath with exterior access to the decks provides easy access from the pool or carport.
The top floor offers the remaining bathrooms and bedrooms, including an additional oversized 20'x30' living room, complete with a seating area, dining space, and multiple daybeds. This level also features a brand new King master with en suite bathroom , two large double queen bedrooms one with a private en suite bathroom, and three cubby rooms each with two twin beds. There are also two additional full size bathrooms with access from the common areas.
The underneath area of this home is completely open creating a wonderful space for small events and space for over a dozen cars. The parking area in front of the home is completed with pavers and offers additional parking. The beach is directly across the street and with two vacant lots across from the home, it currently has unobstructed gulf views. The tiki bar out back was perfect for our bar, the under part of the house had plenty of room for our reception dinner, and we had our ceremony only a few steps from the house on the beautiful beach. We house was large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I would recommended baby gates for the stairs for families with young children. The front porch overlooking the beach was our favorite spot at the house. I would recommend some sanding and maintenance on the wood flooring of that porch.

This house was big enough to accommodate five families (with kids) with plenty of room to spare. The house looked like it had just been painted. The pool was perfect size for everybody to hang out and have fun. Beach access was a short walk and the views from the front balcony were amazing. My family rented the house for Thanksgiving. The space inside was perfect for all of us. The proximity to the beach was so helpful. It was fun for all ages! The only thing we would change would be different gate latches around the pool. The gates just had regular latches, not the ones that are above the gate, making them kid-proof.

We got married on the beach directly across from the house and then had dinner catered underneath the house after sunset. The backyard was perfect for the reception with the built-in bar and patio next to the pool for dancing. We rented tables & chairs from Jodi which was extremely convenient. Jodi was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our bridal party and family stayed at the house with us and everyone agreed that the house and the view of the Gulf was amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

I don’t have enough stars or praise to describe what an absolutely perfect and amazing time I had this past weekend at this absolutely gorgeous house for my dream wedding! Everything about this house and it’s location and incredibly friendly owner Jodi and the memorable rock out in front you get to decorate and make your own for your stay was just above and beyond perfect! I was able to rent some tables and chairs for my wedding reception ahead of time, fit my entire wedding party with both our parents all in the house with more than enough room, have my dream wedding right in front of the house by the ocean and walk right back and have such a fun reception with family and friends. The absolute best part was being able to have our dog and fur child be there to celebrate such a special day as it’s so hard to find pet friendly anything anymore. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this house and hope everyone respects it and loves it and cherishes their time as much as we did!

The Dolphin House was absolutely wonderful! My entire family had a great time making memories here. Plenty of room for our family of 25. It accommodated all of us. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is the gate to the pool from underneath the house would get stuck constantly which made it difficult to get in and out. Other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.

We first walked in the house and were amazed by the size. The pictures don't do it justice. We had about 25 people stay in the house for 5 days and never felt crowded. The house provides just about everything: dishes, silverware, an ice maker, 2 gas grills, blenders, etc. The only thing that you might need to get is detergents, garbage bags and toilet paper but even some of that had been left behind by the people before us. The beach is beautiful and you can watch dolphins swim by from the various chairs on the porch or from the beach itself. The water is so clear and very warm but there were quite a few jelly fish when we went so I would check before getting in. The owner Josie also helped us so much with recommending places nearby and with rentals we needed for our wedding ceremony. It is an expensive stay but well worth it song how it's like a fairytale.

The home was perfect for a wedding venue. It was all we expected and then some. The property management company was very easy to work with and professional. When renting tables and chairs through the owner it was a little uncomfortable. I think she needs a vacation herself. Also, be aware that the owner will show up at 7:30 a.m. To put all chairs and tables away after prior evenings event. All good, if you are aware of her schedule. We were not. But, family and friends jumped in again and it was all clean in a matter of an hour or two. We had rented the house an extra day at the end of the event so we would not be blasted out of bed the following morning. I would say, don't bother with the extra day. This was our one and only complaint. Otherwise, the whole experience was a beautiful thing!
