The third room on the lower ground floor contains two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, electric shutters, and a shower/WC. Moving upstairs, the upper floor houses the living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, and digital TV (flat screen), air conditioning, forced-air heating, electric shutters, and an exit to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters.
