This two-story detached property offers a shared terraced garden, an above-ground swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 15 to September 30), a pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a planted inner courtyard with pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Additional amenities include a storage room for bicycles, an option for a cook on request, a bread roll service, and a pre-arrival grocery service.
Outdoors
The property boasts a spacious 2,000 square meter shared area with a terraced garden and an angular above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 meters) available seasonally from May 15 to September 30. Guests can relax under the pergola, enjoy the garden furniture, and make use of the barbecue facilities. The inner courtyard is beautifully planted, adding to the scenic charm of the vacation rental.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room semi-detached house with a total area of 95 square meters spread across two levels. The spacious and beautifully furnished property can accommodate up to four adults and one child. On the ground floor, you'll find an open living room with a Scandinavian wood stove and a TV, along with an open gallery area with sloping ceilings and a sofa bed that can accommodate one person. The large, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and a heating stove. The ground floor also provides access to the garden and the terrace.
Amenities Included
During your vacation, you'll have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, and a supply of logs (extra charge may apply). The property also offers free Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one small pet or dog is allowed. Additionally, the property features a large, roofed terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, providing a marvelous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort.
Other Information
The upper floor of the house consists of one double bedroom and one room with two beds, along with a bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and toilet. The floors throughout the property are made of natural stone, adding to the rustic charm. Access to the house is possible up to approximately 600 meters, and the owner will assist with luggage transport on arrival and departure days. You can request an additional transfer per day from the house to the town for a fee. It's important to note that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the gallery or an alcove, rather than being enclosed bedrooms.
