Rotherslade and Langland Beaches are on the edge of the Gower, the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are many other beautiful bays, beaches and villages to explore, and the apartment is the perfect base for this.
Rotherslade and Langland beaches offer a large expanse of sand, countless rock pools for exploring, clean water for swimming in and lots of fun for everyone. There is a cafe at the top of the beach or a further cafe plus a restaurant a five minute walk away at the Langland slipway.
If walking is your thing, the Welsh coastal path passes by the apartment and there are dozens of other scenic walks coastal and inland walks in the area and beyond.
The village of Mumbles is a 15 minute direct walk, a 35 minute walk around the cliffs, or a five minute drive away. The apartment has a dedicated parking space for guests.
In Mumbles you will find a delightful village with a great array of restaurants, pubs, bars and ice cream parlours. There are also all the sorts of shops and amenities you'd expect on a high street, as well as some great independent shops.
Rotherslade Beach View apartment, located on the first floor (access by stairs only), is a two bedroom property that has just been refurbished and furnished with stylish mid-century furniture. It offers an extremely comfortable stay with seating for four people in the open plan living area to relax, and a large Smart TV on which you can log in to your favourite entertainment provider.
There is a balcony overlooking the beach which has a table and seating for four - great for al fresco dining or breakfast to the sound of the waves and seagulls!
The kitchen is compact but very well-equipped, including a full size oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Smeg appliances. The dining area is adjacent and the table has seating for four people.
The main bedroom has a super kingsize bed with plenty of clothes storage, while the second bedroom has full size twin beds, and clothes storage.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, along with a toilet, basin and vanity unit.
The apartment has a washer dryer available for the use of guests which saves on packing.
Rotherslade Beach View apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break, or an active holiday on the water or in the area. If you just want to read your book with the background sound of the sea, then it's perfect for that too!
