Guests have complete access to the property, bar the locked storage areas and one exclusive bedroom for the owner's use. Street parking is freely available, and you’ll have a smart lock-enabled private entrance for effortless 24/7 check-ins. As dog lovers ourselves, we welcome your furry friends to share this home away from home with you.

During the festive holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, the city comes alive with spirited events, providing you with unforgettable experiences right at your fingertips. Thanksgiving and Christmas are best spent in our home's comforting embrace, sharing warm meals and creating beautiful memories around the dining table.

The property's extensive amenities including iron, hairdryer, dedicated workspace, kitchen basics and free WIFI, cater to long-term stays. Comfort and safety are prioritized with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a noise sensor in the living area.

House rules require damages to be reported promptly and paid for by the guest. Parties are not allowed, and violation results in a hefty fine. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Maximum property capacity is limited to only 6 registered guests. All pet waste must be properly disposed of, with pets left alone to be safely placed in a cage/kennel.

As the homeowner, I genuinely care for the well-being of my guests and strive to provide a smooth and safe experience. Hence, all guests are required to undergo a third-party verification process, ensuring the safety and security of our community, while protecting against fraud.
