But in literally 2 minutes you can drive to Whole Foods (a 10-15 min walk). Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter are also right around the corner, along with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. And if you want to head to campus or Franklin street, it's only a 10-minute drive.

No parties. The maximum number of people on the property is 6, so if you have 6 people staying the night you cannot have any additional guests over for a visit. It's a quiet and tranquil sort of place. Thanks for understanding.

When checking out, it is SUPER HELPFUL to run the first (maybe only) load of laundry and start the dishwasher before leaving. Don't worry about transferring anything into the dryer; the housekeeper can handle that after your departure. Thank you!
