Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

On the first floor, you'll discover two charming bedrooms. The queen-size bedroom offers a cozy retreat, while the kids' bedroom is a delight for young ones, featuring bunk beds and an arcade console to keep them entertained. Ascending to the loft-style master bedroom, you'll find an oasis of comfort. This spacious haven boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a generous walk-in closet, and a cozy sitting room with another TV. Our home's amenities ensure that your stay is nothing short of delightful. The living room features a smart TV and a comfortable sectional sofa for lounging. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with stools, perfect for casual dining. Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful night's sleep, with memory foam mattresses and plush pillows. The two full bathrooms are beautifully appointed, and the master bathroom's jetted tub is a luxurious treat. Outside, the deck beckons with a gas grill, lounging chairs, a gas fire pit/table, and a picnic table, making it an inviting outdoor retreat for all your gatherings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except 1 Utility Closet.

Guests will only have 8 amenity badges for access to amenities within the community. No other badges can be bought or added on.

Other Things to Note:
Kindly be aware that five days prior to your arrival, your designated payment method will undergo authorization for a $1000 security deposit hold. Then, one day before check-in, the $1000 will be charged to your card. Following the conclusion of your stay and the property inspection, the deposit will be refunded to you within seven business days, deducting any applicable damages or fines, particularly if the property falls under a Homeowners Association (HOA).

We are located in a private community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Any last-minute bookings within 4 days of check in may be subject to a $75 late fee from the community.

In winter months we strongly recommend for you to have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While we have paved roads and a paved driveway there is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
