In addition to an on-site dining option, the complex is within walking distance of several local restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores. The beach and Sunset Beach Fishing Pier are just over a mile across the Intracoastal. Rated the '4th Best Beach in the World' by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. Just a short stroll from the condo, the Village Activity Center provides both daily and weekly rates, with amenities including an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool area with a tropical bar, and a game room featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong, and shuffleboard.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tropical bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
