Firstly, any previous review that listed a note or complaint has ALL been addressed. It's kind of incredible that the owner and mgmt company has been so thorough about addressing every little issue. All rooms were cozy and warm including additional heaters provided. It was SUPER clean and spotless. The bump into the driveway was mitigated with matts for the tires to roll over smoothly. The house is huge and quiet with a cozy and warm feel throughout. AND it was a 3 min drive from Snow Summit. Perfect place.

This is a misleading listing. This property is handled with the least amount of care. A shoddy job to make a quick buck. Highlights: There is a huge hump in the drive way that will scratch your car regardless if you have an SUV. All 3 SUVs were scratched pretty bad. No other property on the street had this issue. Careful of the glass case that holds the light over the dining table, it is cracked and any piece could easily drop down anytime. One piece already fell off. This is a safety hazard. You will have to use force to lock the front door as the deadbolt does not properly fit. You will need to use some force to close the doors on the top floor. Don't close the sliding door in the restroom as there is no way to roll it back out (missing handle). This property is extremely misleading. Heaters do not work and/or is difficult to operate. Chairs or stained and have been overused. Curtain rods in the kitchen is broken and held together by tape. Don't even move the curtains in the upstairs rooms as it will come off. Pictures of all of what I explained hae been sent in We also had to wait more than half an hour for cleaners to be done. Not as bad as the other reviews. Host also did not respond initial to questions or provided check-in information. Was rude thereafter after providing concerns about the property. Also did not respond at all when asked for a ramp so our cars wont scratch on check-out day.

I want to start by saying I'm not sure who is to blame, but I would recommend the property owner getting a new cleaning service. When we arrived, the house was a mess which is unacceptable when arriving 30 minutes after check in. They had not yet arrived, we contacted the owner and they were very responsive, said they would refund cleaning fee (at posting this review, still no refund, this is 4 days after check out). Also everything was dusty, cobwebs in every ceiling corner, dirty walls, nowhere to hang a coat, and the cleaners did not do a good job when they came in 1.5 hours later, other than vacuuming and making the beds with fresh sheets, and replacing toilet paper. They did not sanitize anything and in fact my brother got a stye from napping on the couch! This is a spacious property and we did enjoy our stay after the initial issues. I do think its misleading saying newly renovated, as only one of the bathrooms looked "new". As for extra details, beds are not very comfy, the top bedroom minisplits had frozen over the second night and we were freezing. The extra heater they had was barley enough to warm one of the top bedrooms and we just had to wait for the icicles to thaw. The bottom floor had no issues with heating, pots and pans were pretty worn out, but most of what you would need was there. Overall stay was just okay. Careful if your car sits low like a regular sedan or van, it will scrape bad getting into the lot.
