Welcome to the luxurious 4 story Gulf Front home, Emerald Dawn! Located in the prestigious Dunes of Destin gated community, this 8 bedroom 7 and a half bath home is family-friendly with stunning gulf views and outdoor front security cameras. Relax in the private plunge pool or at the beach from the home's private beach access. Enjoy many balconies or the back porch as you sip your coffee and watch the waves crash against the shore. On the first floor, you will find a guest room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds and a queen/queen bunk bed with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. On the second floor, you will find the living room and a new kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and a half bath. On the third floor, you will find a Master king room and ensuite bathroom and 2 guest rooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. On the fourth floor, you will find a Master king room with an ensuite bathroom 3 guest rooms with a king bed, 2 twin/twin bunk beds, and a queen/queen bunk bed. This home sleeps 18 comfortably. Come and plan your stay at this luxurious getaway!
*There is a ZERO tolerance pet policy at this home. Violations will result in guests being asked to leave immediately, an additional cleaning fee assessed and the unused portion of their payment will NOT be refunded.*

"In accordance with HOA rules, personal beach umbrellas are not permitted to ensure guest safety. However, a seasonal beach vendor is available for the rental of beach chairs and umbrellas at your own expense."
***Pool Heating - is available for an additional fee of $50/nt. If you wish to have the pool heated there is a 72-hour minimum notice required.**

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
