About this house rental

Located in the casually elegant Seacrest community, this three-level home is perfect for your next family or group getaway to the Panhandle. Sugar-sand beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, and the crosswalk at the front of the neighborhood makes getting there even easier. With Hwy. 30A just outside your door as well, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities. Hop on the bikes provided and explore 30A’s boutiques, restaurants, and bars via the Timpoochee Trail, or spend the afternoon at the shared community hot tub and pool, working on your tan.

But first, coffee. Brew a pot and spend the morning enjoying your outdoor space, which includes a front porch, two decks, and a private back patio, shady and serene. Enjoy the water view from the top deck before heading inside, where you’ll find lots of room for the group to spread out. The open and airy main living space features all the essentials - a spacious, full kitchen with plenty of counter space and full suite of appliances, two dining tables for meal time, and a comfortable living room for relaxing with some TV in the evening. Each of the four bedrooms features an en suite bathroom and a TV as well if you can’t agree on what to watch. Home is overall a standard vacation property operated by a management company. Clean and appropriately maintained. Nothing cozy or unique but nothing unusual. Communication with property management was great ahead of the stay. Pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are good. The 3rd floor bedroom fan does not work. Plenty of pans, silverware, and plates. We had space enough for 8 people. At the end of our trip, one of our guests left his toiletries bag which included a retainer and an expensive razor. Of course- our fault which I acknowledge. We reported the left bag within hours of our departure and asked if the items were found could I pay to have it shipped. I was met with a response that gave me some hope that someone would ask the housekeeper and ship the items if found. I followed up again and at that point was essentially told- don’t write us again- we will let you know if it’s found. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. No follow through or response. Definitely like the house and the neighborhood but we won’t book with this management company again.

The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family and our friend's family to vacation together with young children.

There were newer features throughout the home with all the amenities one could want. The oversized bedrooms had private baths. There was an open main level for our large family meals and movie nights. We basked in the sun on the front porch and had happy hour on the patio in the back which backs up to a golf course. We grilled dinner after enjoying the afternoon on the beach. We took group pictures at sunset. Washed our clothes and packed up for the trip home. Will come back next year to make more memories. 4 days was not enough.

We enjoy the whole stay at Seaster Shack .Maybe put some Larger tvs in the Master bedrooms

This house is very clean. We always stay in the subdivision of camp creek. This house was the nicest so far. I would say you need furniture in your balconies so we can sit out there. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Perfect home for a beach getaway. We went in the beginning of “off season”- just after Labor Day and it was wonderful! No crowds in Aly’s Beach/Rosemary, empty beach, and no wait at restaurants. Took many long walks in the mornings, spent the days at the pool and beach, and ended the nights on the front porch. No complaints with this stay and hope to return to this home again.

This amazing house is located on beautiful 30A Highway. It was a 5 minute walk to the private, gorgeous beach directly across the street from the complex. Spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a deck on every level and very quick access to the pool and hot tub. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will return!

This home is extremely modern and clean. There is lots of gathering space for a big group on the first floor. The bedrooms are very spacious and modern. We loved the patio area to visit and grill. Beach access was a 5 minute walk that made it easy to head back to the house for lunch then back to the beach. We will definitely be back to the the Seaster Shack.
