Just off the living/dining room and adjacent gourmet kitchen and laundry, step out to an expansive partially covered living terrace, with a private pool. Each bedroom has its own bath and large, walk-in closet, with the Master Suite offering two separate, private patios one featuring an outdoor shower. The living areas surround a large central patio with water features, and throughout the villa is fine stone flooring. Adjacent is an enclosed garage with space for a large luxury car, golf cart and storage.
PREMIER MEMBERSHIP. Access to ALL resident beach clubs, fitness, tennis center, golf. St. Regis beach club is available if you purchase their day pass (subject to availability, $80 min. consumption of food & beverage per person).
