Honestly, the complex seemed newer so I thought it would have been more pleasant. The room itself was gross - the floor was dirty and grimey - my two little kids had to keep socks on or shoes because their feet turned black. There was hair in the bathroom. There was nothing in the room as far as cups/silverware etc.. just dropped the ball. Down the hall there was dog poop on the floor for hours, trash bags lying around, there was homeless people around the exits often searching around. At one point it smelt so bad of weed inside and outside the complex - police were involved at one point. The elevator was extremely sketchy - and to top it all off - I went to ask the front desk 3x for assistance and not once was able to get it. Literally no one was around. It was the weirdest experience. I would not recommend to anyone.

Great stay, affordable and comfortable. Staff was friendly and it was pet friendly which made all the difference. I loved that there was a minimalist design to the rooms which made them feel spacious. Only negative was a family next to us stayed and the kids were jumping around and screaming. Once 9pm hit, they settled down. I did nit complain because it didn’t go past 9pm. Breakfast is "grab n go" so if you want a full Breakfast, bring the fixins as the hotel has kitchenettes in the rooms including stoves.

The first room they gave us the TV was not working it was stuck on a channel and had a crack on it. The floor was dirty looked like the room was not clean. When we went back down I had asked for another room and explained the situation and the front desk gave me attitude. She finally gave us another room.

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was nice but lacked mirrors. Parking was a nightmare, if you left the room after 5 pm you were out of luck finding a parking place especially if you were handicapped like us.

The hotel had an overwhelming odor of air freshener when we arrived. Then when we entered the elevator the odor changed to a stench - urine? Fortunately the room did not have an offensive smell and seemed vlean. It did not have a hair dryer, the first place in 4.5 months of this summer's travels! The breakfast was "grab and go" - yogurt, coffee, sugary muffins - pretty sad. We won't be back.

Amazing location next to lake, park with gorgeous views of city the imax theatre and mall and restaurants are within walking distance. 12/10. The breakfast sucked but the locatiin and condition made up for it.

Recommend this location as it was a quiet location close to a man made marina. Marina family friendly with playground swimming cafe walking path and more. Friendly staff. Another perk is the Legends Outlets and Scheels just a 3-min drive away.

To be honest not happy considering it new bed no comfy. Ac didn’t work first night I slept terrible. The kids upstairs were super loud and jumping. They didn’t come give us new towels and clean up the room. But the rooms aren’t bad and the staff was cool well the one girl was

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no utensils or coffee supplies provided, making it inconvenient and frustrating. The breakfast offered was subpar, to say the least—hardly worth calling a meal. What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were impatient, irritated, and far from considerate or helpful. It felt like any request was a burden to them. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. This hotel fails to meet even basic expectations. Never using this hotel again.

Overall the hotel was good. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I did not expect a sit down breakfast, but they called it a grab and go. There was packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. No juice, just coffee. It said free breakfast, not much of a breakfast.
