Walk out with a view of the pool, only steps away. Nestled between glamorous Alys Beach (a few blocks west) and the village of Rosemary Beach (a block east), The Village of South Walton offers the very best of all.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Snuggled between Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach, within steps of local eateries, as well as the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast, this property is sure to provide you with that re-energizing vacation you’ve been waiting for!
Nestled between glamorous Alys Beach (a few blocks west) and The Village of Rosemary Beach (a block east), the Villages of South Walton at Seacrest Beach offer the very best of all. Walk to the quaint shops located nearby, the wine and craft bars that dot the area, or just head to the beach, and get your toes into the powdered-sugar white sands and azure colored water of the best beaches on the Emerald Coast!
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald-blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.
The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests over the age of 12 to gain access to this area.
The Villages of South Walton offers guests conveniently located community pools (one seasonally heated). The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is 11. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.
Amenity Wristbands: In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (13 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).
Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H. All guests 13 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access the Tram. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.
Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 12 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.
Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.
Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.

This totally renovated condo is an upgraded designers’ own home away from home. Custom rustic cabinetry, comfortable, eclectic, and upscale furnishings, ceiling fans, hardwood floors and fixtures make this the perfect relaxing getaway. Ten-foot ceilings, cute chic bathroom, luxurious sleeping arrangements. The living room features a flat screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen is “bed and breakfast” style, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. Everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.

Parking:
In regards to parking at the Village of South Walton, there are no parking passes needed at this property. Guests may park anywhere in the parking lot that is nearby the building where your vacation rental is located. While there are over 200 public parking spaces, they are first-come, first-served.
The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).
At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn right. Building D is the 1st building on the right. You can park anywhere in the parking lot.
Take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor of the D building. Upon exiting the elevator, look for condo B226.

A laundry facility is available for guest use and located on the 2nd floor corridor of your building. Washers and dryers are equipped with credit card readers (coins are no longer accepted).

This property is so convenient to food and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. The best part…it was immaculate!!! The property also had very nice linens. It was the perfect spot for a quick trip.
