About this apartment rental
OMG! A Beatles, gamers, and book lovers dream! Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood in west Green Bay, we're one street from Lombardi – minutes from Lambeau Field and the airport, and an hour from Door County. Read from our library, play board games, say "Hi" to Paul McCartney in the London-themed bathroom, enjoy a game of ping pong. Your private apartment is in the lower level of our home – over 900 sq. ft. of spacious rooms with private entrance. A splendid time is guaranteed for all!
The space
If you are looking for a unique space, this is it! Our Beatles-themed "studio apartment" is appropriately named Abbey Road Studio. After walking with John, Paul, George, and Ringo on the Abbey Road crosswalk, you'll enter the red phone booth into the Yellow Submarine three-seasons room with ping pong table and patio doors. Sip some coffee, do a puzzle, or read a book from our library in the main living room. This large, carpeted living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a high-efficiency Lopi fireplace insert, cozy seating areas, a sofa sleeper, a wall of toys, games, and books, and area with gaming systems and smart TV. There are two entrances into the largest space – the Game Room – which has a super soft queen bed, two walls of bookcases filled with hundreds of books and board games, two sets of tables and chairs (perfect for dining, gaming, or remote work), a long bench for seating and storage, and a kitchenette with microwave, countertop convection oven, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, and mini-fridge with bottled water. Curtains offer privacy. The hardwood floors of the game room extend through an extra-wide hallway which features an original painting (by the hostess) of The Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and display cases filled with Beatles memorabilia. We’re not far from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District (1.3 miles to be exact) – and fun fact: a former Green Bay Packers first-round draft pick lived here!
Our guest suite offers ample space for a couple and is cozy for 3 to 4 guests.

Take a shower in a red phone booth in our London-themed bathroom. We designed and laid the vintage-style hex tile floor and custom-built the red phone booth shower.
There are no stairs inside – just one step at your private entrance.
Enjoy nature and serenity in our secluded backyard—lushly filled with tiered perennial gardens, sculptures, a stone fire pit area, and large Trex deck. Grill out, chill out, or use the WiFi to work outside.
Guest access
You'll have private access to the locked-off lower level of our home. Four spacious rooms totaling around 900 sq. ft.
You're also welcome to enjoy our wooded and landscaped backyard, large patio and deck with seating and table, stone fire pit, swing set, and gas grill.
Parking: Two back-to-back stalls are available in our driveway, which is a short distance from your entry.
Other things to note:
• Private keypad entry
• The guest area is locked off from the main home
• Smart TV with local channels, Disney+, a DVD/BluRay player, Wii, and PS2
• Free WiFi
We live on the main level (above the guest suite) and have an entrance to the garage on the lower level. A locked doorway near your bathroom joins our two areas. This doorway will stay locked during your stay (we put a bench and soundproofing in front of this door as well). Our family of four consists of two teenagers plus our cockapoo, Murray – so we may hear each other at times.
