Very nice & comfortable stay. Easy parking. Near foodstall. Friendly staff. Will come again the next time.

No hanging space or hook in the toilet and in the room. Please provide laundry bag.

Worth investment be for leisure or work stay.

From checking in to checking out, overall was a good experience. Great food in Noosa and Cloud9. Great bed good sleep. When they can't reach you at room, they will call your number personally to confirm on any details or housekeeping preference. The concierge was very helpful, the food was okay, the theme of hotel was pleasant and minimalistic. Rooftop bar Cloud9 was beyond expectation, good playlist with good sound system, nice bass setting. Price was reasonable and despite music loud, can still chat and hear your company. Fancy design too in between airport and town.

2 days of housekeeping, bathrobe was not replaced and no water provided. Had to ask from concierge - good thing concierge was super helpful. No gym or pool to work out. Shower was half-walled by mirror hence the floor get wet easily.

Eigentlich ein neu eröffnetes Hotel, das überhaupt nicht so wirkt!

Freundliches Personal.

Obwohl das Hotel ganz neu ist, ist es total schlecht verarbeitet. Es hat in den Zimmern gemüffelt und es war nicht sauber. Die Bettdecke wurde vom Vorgänger nicht gewechselt, es waren make up Flecken usw zu sehen. Leider wird auf Sauberkeit keinen Wert gelegt. Das Frühstück war okay, allerdings nicht auf viele Menschen ausgelegt.

Overall, nice short stay. Easy to park, near to almost all attractions.

Quiet, nice for relaxing.

We stayed at 8th floor, it would be nice if the corridor lights always on. It’s quite dark walking at night.

Enjoy and have fun!

The hotel is within the city center. Easy to move around, access to nearby shopping mall and restaurant. Though the hotel is nearby the main road, the level of sound pollution is acceptable. There is a mini mart down there called LePapa and most of the things that you need for the stay is all available.

The only low point that I didn't like is the number of parking lot available around the hotel. If you returned back to the hotel around 11pm, surely no parking space available. It will be full since there is a bar at the hotel, and the bar guest will occupy most of it.

I loved my stay

I loved the design of the room and of the hotel! My room was really big and nice. And it is a really quiet area which is good for sleeping. There is a bar on the 9th floor with a very beautiful sunset view.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom which you can smell even in the bedroom. It's a shame because everything else in this hotel was good.

I was happy with the stay and for the same rate or better I would probably stay again

Good new hotel with good breakfast and good rates. Location is ok but not within 5 minutes walking distance from anywhere other than the hospital. For family of hospital patients it would be the best hotel to stay.

Service could be improved I must say. I had asked for my safety box to be fixed but it didn't happen. Also asked for an extra hand towel which never came.

Good vibe & interior design at reception area

It's a very dusty & dirty double room even after we gave them chance to clean up. Not enough lighting. Very dark. No free parking. Only got few public parking. Very hard to find parking during weekend.

although not much choices of food but the bfast served was excellent! the front officers are friendly and very efficient doing their job.

its quite noisy at midnight ( i guess due to some parties thrown at that night)
