Avoid this place at all cost.

Beds were comfortable.

What was on the Booking advertisement was not at all what we found. For example, there is no balcony in the unit, and our experience was that there was no trace of several services that were listed as “included” in the Booking ad. We were not compensated by anyone for the discrepancies nor for the trouble we had to go through as a result. Up a very steep hill, it is an inner courtyard apartment with very little light. Cheap furnishings with basic lipstick. But service was a complete disaster. For our two-week stay, which we had booked months in advance, internet was not even installed. The built-in blinds in two of the three bedrooms did not work and were never fixed, so our children had dark rooms with very poor ventilation for the entirety of our stay. It was practically impossible to get anything resolved; no accountability. Beware. They will convert you into property managers: We were sent to the hardware store for a screwdriver to try (in vain) to fix the blinds ourselves, to make a copy of a key which they had forgotten to give us (we got it from a neighbour) in order to be able to dry the laundry, and had to stay home and wait for an internet technicians for two days. Some other fun tidbits: Upstairs neighbour wears high heels late into the night and early morning. People smoke in the common area hallways. The Bedroom with bunkbeds window does not open (room too small for the furniture). The shower is super messy and there was a weird, humid smell in the apartment. Good luck reading the stove; the glasstop buttons have all but erased. When we finally did get to the laundry area, the clothesline rusted and ruined some of our clothes. No elevator, and difficult to park at night. Not really central and nor in the charming part of downtown. Beware the extra cleaning fee charge, which is astronomical for Chiclana. We paid it in advance, yet found the apartment was not very clean upon arrival.
