Very nice decorated apartment!

We felt like in a mountain cottage in this apartment because of the wooden decorations. The windows are higher, so the view is cleaner - just seeing the nature and mountains. The apartment is spacious. It is very close to the attractions and the historical centre of the town (by car).

Not the best place to stay

- nice design - very hot at apartment - spacious

- this is what they call ski room, it’s not a ski room and just basement - internet didn’t work - hob didn’t work properly - shower - the doors was old and broken - no lock in the bathroom - location in the middle of industrial area

Apartment was spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean.

Apartment was quite noisy. In is right next to the quite frequent road. We couldn't sleep properly. It felt like the windows didn't really catch the noise. Also, windows were quite high so we couldn't enjoy the view. Electric fireplace was missing the remote-control so we were unable to use it. It would be good if kitchen was equipped at least with the basics, such as sugar, salt and coffee for that money. There is a coffee mashine but it is for coffee grains. No Owen either.

Great stay at Sofia apartment

Apartment is great! Very spacious, plenty of room. Very nice and clean. We found all equipment we needed. Nice view in balcony. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything looked amazing. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean and smelled really good with the towels aswell. I loved having my morning caffee on the balcony. The apartment is well equipped. I would go back anytime. 😊

The location of the place is a little noisy.

Spacious appartment for bit family

At the reception was not possible to pay by card, it was tricky to meet the receptionist ast there are only limited opening hours for the reception.

Newly renovated, close to shops, somewhat comfortable if you are not bothered to have one of the double beds in the livi

Comfortable apartment, close to shops, access to kitchen, newly decorated, the ski room was good, easy checkin and checkout, friendly staff.

Behind the apartment complex there are the train tracks and it is very loud when the trains run by. i didn’t necesarily had a big issue with it only the first night but something to consider for light sleepers. The apartment was super dirty and I probably wouldn’t have noticed if we didn’t have a small baby crawling around. The floor was most likely not vacuumed and not washed, we did that ourselves and there were huge piles of dust underneath and behind the furniture which came out when we would open the windows, I’ll add some photos so you can see. I do not expect to clean an apartment that I am renting on my vacation but we did it here. We probably should have said something but we did not want people in the apartment for cleaning purposes with covid and a young baby there. I specifically asked if there are two different rooms with double beds because we needed that, I was made sure there were. In fact there are NOT two bedrooms, there is one bedroom and the other double bed is in the living room and has a curtain that divides the two, this is exactly what we tried to avoid.
