The apartment is located in one of the most vibrant locations in Malta, in the heart of St. Julians. Set in a unique spot - with 180 degree unobstructed views of Spinola Bay and the promenade; yet no direct traffic under the window, you will feel the sense of peace while being in the center of all the action. You can be sure to spend countless hours sitting on the terrace, watching the world go by.

Some of the best restaurants on the island are located only a stone throw away, however, with having access to a fully equipped kitchen designed with the chef in mind, and a supermarket only 300 meters away, you may find it difficult to choose whether to eat in or out.

The Apartment has a built in air-conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom area as well as a terrace at the back of the apartment and a front balcony which creates the most welcome breeze in the middle of the hot Maltese summer. You can be rest assured that you will always come back to a temperature just the way you like it.

With a speedy WIFI and a 40' LED T.V with 100+ channels to watch and a bluetooth soundbar, it is not difficult to be entertained if you choose to stay in. Plan for a lively night out? Paceville - Malta's nightlife hub is located just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Wonderful Apartment on Spinola Bay

I highly recommend this apartment. It has fantastic views and is one of the few seafront apartments that’s not on a busy road. Bus stops, the promenade, restaurants, and supermarkets are close by, the furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and having a separate washer and dryer comes in handy. It was also easy to communicate with the property manager, Konrad, and he was very helpful during my stay. I would definitely book the apartment again should I return to Malta.

Great location

Great location

A very well appointed apartment with plenty of space for two. Really good location with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Great views from the balcony with the added bonus of no traffic below as literally on the waterfront. We hired a car which made exploring the island really easy and had no problem finding parking in the street each time we returned. There is also a small but very good quality supermarket just 5m walk away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends planning to visit Malta.

Womderful apartment overlooking Spinola Bay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Apartment and what a view! Bus service was close by and very cheap and a very good selection of supermarkets and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen meant It wasn't necessary to eat out every night. Spent hours on the Balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the lovely view. Also Park Towers Supermarket 10 minuites away was fantastic. Will return again one day.

The apartment was contemporary, well-equipped and efficient. Although Susan (property manager) was in the hospital and my plane was a day late she was very efficient in making sure I was well ta ken care of. This was my first experience with European appliances and settings. The apartment is in a perfect spot to get most anywhere. And there is so very much to do and see. I would definitely stay again! Best Place We've Rented

We thoroughly loved this apartment and the location. This apartment is gorgeous and it has every amenity you can think of. It also has a great shower, a fantastic view,, excellent bedding, top notch appliances and every kitchen utensil imaginable. The area is loaded with restaurants and it is close to the bus stop. Communications with the owner and the local property manager were stellar. We have stayed in over 20 VRBO properties and this is the best that we've stayed at. We can't recommend this property highly enough.

We were so pleased with our stay in Malta. The apartment is beautiful and could not be in a better location! Great restaurants and bars are a stones throw away. Several great swimming spots within walking distance. View from the balcony looks like a postcard. Susan (owner) and Lisa (property manager) were fantastic to deal with - extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for everything!

Wow! My husband and I were blown away with how beautiful this accommodation was. We truly felt at home and staying here added tremendously to our travels in Malta. We've decided we're done with hotels for longer stays - we are more comfortable in more homey setting and we surely felt at home here. The open concept and breakfast bar allowed us to entertain friends visiting and this made all the difference. We stayed for a week, visiting for a rock climbing trip. We were able to easily do laundry, cook and snuggle up at night watching Netflix. Our host and the property manager were more than professional. Any question or concern we had they answered us almost immediately. My husband and I have promised each other that the next time we visit Malta we are definitely staying here. It's the only place we've ever stayed where the photos authentically represent the space. The balcony provides incredible views and we enjoyed this space with our morning coffees. Would definitely recommend this space! Thanks for an amazing stay.

We could not fault the apartment. It was in a good location with lovely views of the bay. We hired a car but we didn,t really need one. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Living accommodation was spotless and had everything required for a lovely stress free holiday. Hope to return.

If you are looking for a truly great apartment, with really comfortable beds, all mod cons, aircondition that really works, with a central yet quiet location, for a holiday for two, this is the perfect place! We spent 8 wonderful days, enjoying the apartment and the amazing view from the balcony, which by the way has comfortable sunchairs, and offers both shade and sun. The owner was very, very pleasant to deal with, responded immediately, as was/did her representative in Malta. There are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a small shop just up the road as well as a larger supermarket round the corner, so don´t worry about having to carry shopping far. There is a swimming area below the apartment, but we used the pool at a hotel down the road for a small fee. We didn´t hire a car, though parking would not have been a problem. However, it´s just as easy to get round by bus. There are frequent busses to Sliema, Valetta and other places from the bus stop approx. 5 mins. walk away. I can truly recommend this apartment, don´t have any hesitation about booking this gem. Will definitely book this again for our next stay in Malta. Thank you Susan for letting us stay!

Teilweise hochwertige Ausstattung (z.B. Küche und Audiogeräte) aber auch desolate Billigmöbel, z.B. im Schlafzimmer. Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten, die vieles angenehmer machen würden, so. zB. Haken für Garderobe, Aufhänger in der Küche oder Spiegel zum fönen. Ansonsten Klasse-Apartment, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service und Top-Location. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen...

Susan nous a offert un appartement moderne et lumineux, idéal pour deux personnes. Situé directement sur la baie de Spinola, il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville. L'appartement offre toutes les commodités (lave-linge, s;sèche-linge) et beaucoup de petits extras (serviettes de plage, sopalin, savon à lessive, etc). Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, terrasses et commerces à proximité. Il y a même un centre commercial moderne à quelques pas, sans compter le casino! Pour circuler et aller à Valetta, nous avions une voiture mais il est aussi facile de le faire par bus.

Great apartment, location and view

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon last week and we loved it. The view was amazing and the location was ideal. There are plenty of great restaurants right around the corner. We had a rental car and most of the time we were able to get a parking spot on the street. On the few occasions where we couldn't find a spot, we used the parking garage at a nearby hotel which was reasonably priced. (If you don't rent a car, a bus stop is very close by and we also paid 25EUR for a taxi to Valletta for one evening.) The apartment was lovely and the pictures gave an accurate indication of size. Everything was very clean and modern. Susan was always very prompt and helpful in all of our correspondence and Lisa, the property manager, was there to let us in upon arrival and had a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon - a very nice touch. It was a perfect alternative to a hotel stay and we were very satisfied with our choice and we definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Malta.
