About this house rental

Welcome to Casa Cariba, your own private La Quinta Resort Estate. The beauty of this unique property rivals that of the surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains! Upon entry, guests will find a stunning courtyard complete with fountains and verandas. Step inside this gorgeous home and marvel at high ceilings with wooden beams, open-air interiors, and bohemian designs. Outside, the backyard is a dream-like oasis with a covered dining area, a modern firepit, and a pool & spa with stunning vistas. Spend your evenings at Casa Cariba unwinding in the hot tub, playing billiards, or enjoying a film in the private theater! The estate is extremely private with over 250 feet of frontage facing the Santa Rosa Mountains and is excellent for entertaining. The estate boasts a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms: 5 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, all ensuite, in the main house, and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the adjacent casita. Nearby Attractions: Empire Polo Club - location of Coachella and StageCoach Music Festivals, La Quinta Resort & PGA West Golf Courses, Lake Cahuilla Equestrian & Group Camp, Old Town La Quinta, La Quinta Museum, La Quinta Farmers Market (Sundays only), Bear Creek walking, hiking & biking trails, Pedego Electric Bike, and Joshua Tree National Park (40-minute drive). Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles and 40 minutes from Palm Springs airport and 15 minutes from Thermal airport, La Quinta is an oasis in the desert of Southern California. Surrounded by picturesque mountains, an abundance of golf courses, shopping, dining, and year-round sunshine, it's the perfect retreat for visitors looking to enjoy the outdoors and the arts. Home to the country's most famous music festivals, visitors across the globe flock annually to experience the Coachella & Stagecoach Music & Arts Festivals in April, the Indian Wells ATP/WTA tour tennis event in March, and the La Quinta Art Festival in October.
