About this cabin rental
The City of Asheville Water Resources Department is officially lifting the Boil Water Notice first issued after Hurricane Helene. Laboratory results from sampling conducted Nov. 16 and Nov. 17 have confirmed that the water supply is free from contaminants. It is NO longer advised for customers to use bottled water for consumption.
New home as a vacation rental so very few reviews so far. Large stunning modern log cabin with kids/adults playroom.
Open spaces abound inside and out with this two-story log home. Locally sourced logs, cedar shakes, and an arch-covered porch welcome home. The great room centerpiece has a 20+ft cathedral ceiling allowing an abundance of natural light. Warm yourself by the stacked stone fireplace with a hammered copper insert.
The oversized kitchen gas cooktop with a griddle, a large island, and plenty of room for the sunlit dining area in the breakfast nook.
A large primary suite with a full bathroom is located on the main floor with a fabulous vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet.
Three additional bedrooms, two with full private baths are located upstairs. A fourth full bathroom is located off the kitchen.
There's plenty of parking for 5-6 vehicles. A gas grill is located near the upper garage.
There is a private office that is located on the main floor.
On the main level, there is a fun game room with a large Smart TV, couches, a table, a ping pong table, a mini pool table, and a foosball table for all to enjoy.
Notes:
1. Four bedrooms, one on the main floor and three upstairs (Three ensuites)
2. Four full bathrooms
3. Gas log stacked stone fireplace in the living room (Seasonal)
4. Game room area for all ages
5. NO smoking, vaping, or candles in the house
6. Dogs welcome- 50 lbs and under, with prior approval and a pet fee applies
7. Large fully stocked kitchen
8. Gas grill and propane provided
9. NO firepit at this time
10. Washer and dryer available for guests to use.
11. The internet/WiFi is Spectrum.
