The space
As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open floor plan and a living room with vaulted ceilings and a smart TV ready to connect to all of your streaming subscriptions. The newly remodeled kitchen is just beyond featuring a bar, pantry, under cabinet lighting, and is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Opposite the kitchen is a large dining room with a table that seats six guests, a bar that seats 3 guests, and a den featuring a fireplace (only for looks) and two recliners.
As you make your way down the hall the guest bathroom is off to the left. On the right you'll find bedroom #3 hosting a twin bed and trundle. This room has a large closet and dresser with a mirror. Just further down the hall is bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. At the end of the hall is the master suite featuring a King bed, dedicated work space, dresser, walk-in closet, and a master bath with a walk-in shower.
There is a coat closet in the living room, a pantry just off the kitchen, and a dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is also a queen size air mattress, a pack n'play, and a baby booster seat available upon request.
The clean two car garage is available for your convenience. The backyard is fully fenced and features a wooded back property line and a patio with seating area to soak in the beautiful Ohio evenings.

There is one security camera outside on the garage door lock system to allow us to help guests if they have any questions accessing the garage door opener. It is the only camera on the property and there are none in the house.
Other things to note
Downtown Dayton is less than 15 minutes up I-75. Many of Daytons finest attractions including the United States Air Force Museum, Scene 75, Dayton Aviation Heritage Park, University of Dayton, and a host of wonderful metro parks including Cox Arboretum are all within a twenty minute drive.
Just beyond you can easily visit Kings Island amusement park, Historic Yellow Springs Ohio, Young's Jersey Dairy, and John Bryan State Park within a 35 minute drive.
If you want to visit the best of Cincinnati, hop on I-75 and head south to downtown to visit the awesome river front, Bengals football stadium, Cincinnati Reds Baseball stadium, and zoo all within an easy 50 minute drive.
