The first bedroom is spacious and bright with lots of windows. It has a king size bed and a TV with Roku device for streaming. This room also has a workspace set up with a desk and office style chair.
The second bedroom is of average size, with adequate space around the queen size bed, and a small closet to unpack. Please note that this room does not have a window.
The kitchenette offers a functional layout with adequate counter space, fully stocked cabinets and drawers, a full size sink, microwave, toaster, 2 burner hotplate, a compact refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee bar with drip coffee maker, a coffee grinder and electric kettle.

We had a lovely stay in the house. Although a bit noisy as it was already indicated in the listing, it did not bother us much. We love the convenient location of the house, as it closes to everything, the Link, Safeway, UW, U-district, etc. We will rent again.
